In April 2024, the NFL quarterback and his spouse, Emily Wilkinson, welcomed their first child, a daughter named Kova Jade Mayfield.
According to ESPN, Mayfield and Wilkinson first crossed paths in 2017 after being introduced by a mutual acquaintance. The pair only dated for six months before becoming engaged, and on July 6, 2019, they celebrated their marriage in a grandiose wedding in California.
