Bianca Belair competes as a WWE wrestler. Sewing is a new interest she’s taken up. She posted a video of herself sewing on Instagram in June. “Sewing is Dope!” is how she captioned the photo. Although it can be a very daunting skill, all it really takes is jumping in, trying, failing, and then trying again. Of course, you can enroll in classes, but in my instance, I learned by watching a lot of YouTube videos and making mistakes.” Why does she always look so well? She works out.

In an interview with Muscle and workout, Belair divulged a few of her workout secrets. Belair states, “My training consists primarily on strength training.” “I train for agility. I engage in a lot of CrossFit activities, and Sean Hayes, our Performance Center coach, is fantastic and proficient in powerlifting and general strength training.”

She’s Self-Assured

Muscle & Fitness is informed by Belair that she has faith in her skills and abilities. “I’ve been sitting here proving myself repeatedly, and I finally got that limelight. I don’t ask for opportunities because I feel like whatever comes my way is what I deserve and I don’t have to ask for it.” Many were saying things like, “Oh, she’s so good now,” “Who is this girl?” and “Where has she been hidden?” Not because I’m bad; I’ve always been excellent; it’s just that you’ve finally come to terms with who I am and what I’ve been saying all along. I view pressure as merely a component of the competition and the game. Since I have been competing since I was a little child, I am accustomed to it and am always prepared for any situation that may arise.

Belair talked to Women’s Health about some of her diet secrets. She claims that she has issues with food and body image and dislikes going on diets because of this. Every woman, in my opinion, must come to a realization about what works for her. I personally avoid diets since they make me a little bit obsessive. Everything is done in moderation. I don’t think it’s appropriate to overindulge or deprive oneself.”

In her Women’s Health interview, Belair also talked about some of her favorite dishes. She claims that her morning meal consists mostly of protein. “I have trouble waking up early. But regardless of when I wake up—seven, eight, or noon—I still eat breakfast first thing in the morning. I make an effort to have a lot of protein at breakfast. To get some carbohydrates in there, I might cook some cinnamon toast. I also drink a lot of coffee, which helps me get up because I’m not a morning person.”

Essence is informed by Belair that she maintains consistency in her exercise routine. “My spouse and I work out every day,” Belair claims. “We work even harder on the roads leading up to WrestleMania, even though we’re always in good form. I’ve been exercising really hard, going to the gym, and working out there while dieting. Since there will be 70,000, 80,000+ people in the stadium and millions more watching on TV, you really just want to bring your best self to the table.”
