Seven reasons why NASCAR decided against using this Kyle Busch paint job for the season finale…

NASCAR did not approve this marijuana related design for star driver Kyle Busch

At Phoenix Raceway, Kyle Busch wanted to employ this incredible paint job, but NASCAR disapproved of it.

Look at this amazing paint job that Kyle Busch wanted to use at Phoenix Raceway, but NASCAR didn’t approve of it.

In the NASCAR Cup Series, Kyle Busch drives Richard Childress Racing’s No. 8 vehicle. Additionally, he has one of the sport’s more unusual main sponsors.

3CHI offers cannabis products that have won awards. These products include edibles, beverages, tinctures, concentrates, terpenes, gummies, vapes, and flowers.

They also have a well-liked goods line. “Kyle Kush” is a smartly titled goods line.

The owner of the NASCAR team defends the contentious hemp sponsor.

They had to be examined prior to NASCAR’s approval of the sponsorship in 2022.

To make sure their products complied with the 2018 US agriculture bill, testing was conducted in a lab recognized by NASCAR. Low-THC products were made legal by the bill.

It is clear that they were accepted as a sponsor. Since then, they have sponsored a number of races as the main sponsor.

However, marijuana-related designs are still prohibited by NASCAR. 3CHI requested NASCAR’s approval for a unique design they presented for the 2024 finale at Phoenix Raceway.

See the NASCAR paint scheme that was rejected below.

The initial design that was submitted has marijuana leaves all over it. The helmet and driver’s outfit were designed similarly.

It appears to be amazing.

Through X, 3CHI said, “And now… the moment you’ve been waiting for.”

“The Phoenix race car designed by Kyle Busch is now available! We’re proud of what we produced, even though it didn’t make it to the track. This is what could have happened: bold, quick, and prepared to face any challenge. What are your thoughts?

“As for NASCAR, it’s all about their current policies—marijuana-related designs don’t fit their approval standards yet,” the business continued. However, our goal is to continue pushing the envelope and altering the rules! Perhaps you’ll see a track with a design like this one day!
