Who Is the Boyfriend of Caitlin Clark? The Whole Story of Connor McCaffery

The NCAA women’s basketball record-breaker is in a relationship with former University of Iowa athlete Connor McCaffery.

The athlete from the University of Iowa is dating Connor McCaffery, a fellow basketball player and alumnus.

The pair began dating in April 2023, but it wasn’t until four months later that Clark shared a picture of herself with Connor on Instagram, bringing their relationship to the public’s attention. She wrote, “Best end to summer,” as the caption for a carousel of pictures that showed the couple cuddling up on a boat.

On her 22nd birthday in January 2024, Connor shared a tribute to Clark. “Happy birthday, 22 years old. You deserve the best day ever, and I wish I could be there to rejoice with you. “This year, on T Swift’s birthday, will be the best yet,” he added. “You still have so much more in store for yourself and your own personality, even with everything you’ve already accomplished. I adore you and I respect you greatly.

There would be “so much more in store” for Clark, as Connor had said. A month later, the basketball player overtook Kelsey Plum’s record of 3,527 points to become the all-time top scorer in NCAA women’s basketball history.

Connor supported Clark’s record-breaking feat on social media, joining the likes of Tom Brady, Billie Jean King, and Brittney Griner, among other top athletes.

His employer is the Indiana Pacers of the NBA.

In May 2023, Connor received a job offer in professional sports following his graduation from the University of Iowa. He assists the Indiana Pacers of the NBA as a team assistant.

Connor participated in two sports at Iowa. In between practicing and playing for his team, he pursued his two bachelor’s degrees in political science and finance.

Connor quickly accepted the Pacers’ offer after graduating in May. “All hands on deck” is how he approaches his work, he told the Des Moines Register.

He clarified, “I’ll run the scout team, play dummy defense, assist coaches with film stuff, assist with video projects if necessary, and assist with scout reports if necessary.” “Be prepared to do whatever is asked of you.”
