The Enquirer was informed by sources that Burrow underwent surgery to repair a tear in his right wrist’s scapholunate ligament. The estimated healing period after the injuries is four to six months, based on several sources. This ligament is situated in the middle of the wrist, between the lunate and scaphoid bones. It is an essential ligament that keeps the wrist stable.

Taylor was hesitant to predict when Burrow would resume throwing because of the injury to his throwing hand.
In reference to Burrow’s recuperation, Taylor said, “Good. Everything has gone well thus far. “Everything went according to plan. I think I said on the platform that I’ve learned not to put dates on these injuries after serving as a head coach for six years following that. This gives us great encouragement; everything has gone off without a hitch, nearly exactly as we had hoped, and we can’t wait for the offseason to begin. He has finished all of the post-surgery assignments we have given him to do and is doing everything in his power to prepare, but we also have a better understanding of just how much engagement he will have on the first day of the program.
