Bo Polston, rated by Rivals as a four-star prospect in the class of 2026, declared his commitment to Toledo on Monday. In doing so, he turned down several Power 5 colleges.
The Toledo Blade’s Kyle Rowland brought up the fact that Polston visited Notre Dame the previous season. In addition to Virginia Tech, Washington, West Virginia, California, and Indiana, he had received offers from additional universities.
This might just be one of the repercussions of the college football modifications made to the transfer portal. Nothing would prevent Polston from beginning his career at a university like Toledo, where he would probably be given playing time right away.
If he makes an impression, Power 5 colleges might get interested in him, and he would be free to transfer. Additionally, this is merely a verbal promise, and there is still a long way to go until signing day.

Breaking News: Georgia is Set to Graduate an Incredible Player
Zachary Adam Anderson is one of the over 8,000 individuals who will be recognized this week during Commencement proceedings as members of the University of Georgia’s Class of 2024.
Anderson, a resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming, is a PHD English candidate.
President Jere W. Morehead stated, “We are thrilled to recognize the accomplishments of our University of Georgia students in the Class of 2024.”
During commencement, UGA students’ outstanding dedication to their time on campus is recognized for the first time by friends, family, and other students.
As University of Georgia alumni, we are excited for all the ways these students will positively affect their communities and organizations.
Sanford Stadium will host the spring undergraduate ceremony on Friday, May 10, at 7:30 p.m. On Thursday, May 9, there will be two sessions of the spring graduate ceremony. The doctorate ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. in Stegeman Coliseum, while the master’s/specialist event will begin at 10 a.m.
The spring undergraduate Commencement address will be given by University of Georgia alumni Allison Schmitt, one of the most decorated American athletes of all time.
The graduate commencement address will be given by Jenna Jambeck, the Georgia Athletic Association Distinguished Professor of Environmental Engineering at UGA and the 2024 SEC Professor of the Year.
